I work well as part of a team, but also have the ability to use my own initiative and make key decisions where required.Over the years, using condition monitoring techniques (mainly, but not limited to vibration/oil analysis) I have gained a great deal of experience and, along the way managed to build up a portfolio of success stories that show how my work has helped save clients money by reducing downtime by allowing clients enough time plan in required remedial work in a proactive approach instead of reactive. Applied CM stategies detect early signs of problems in rotating machines like motors, pumps, fans, compressors and so on.In my previous employment with Fuchs lubricants I helped the client I was allocated to save over £250,000 in the first year alone, these figures do not factor in loss of production, I also worked closely with the client to overhaul their reporting system, lubrication management/care and improved general reliability on site.I take pride in my work, and feel that succsesses like these are rewarding and inspire me to continue to do my best, and continue to develope as best I can in my field.I also take great interest and enjoyment in utilising my industry contacts to gain further business for any company I work for. This had been done with success on numerous different occasions.Current and historical professional qualifications/certifications:- Mobuius Institute Vibration Analysis Level 3 - Technical Associates Vibration Analysis IS0 Level 2- BINDT Vibration Analysis Level 1- MLA Lubrication Analysis level 2- BINDT Lubrication Analysis level 1- HVPD (High Voltage Partial Discharge Testing) Level 2- NVQ Level 3 Mechanic- Trained in the use of MAXIMO and SAP systems and at present I use both systems for two different contracts at JCAMS.
