(1) To formulate solutions, to supervise the delivery of internal system, and to monitor progress of project implementation; (2) To liaise with users for requirement study and implementation for Payment Module of internal system; (3) To provide technical advice to the management and users; (4) To participate in managing development activities including quality assurance of deliverables and service acceptance; (5) To perform other IT related duties (e.g. Technical documentation, feasible study...). (6) To lead and supervise a team on daily operation, and to provide robust IT services for different Bus.

Supervise a team of analyst programmers and monitor progress for the different stages of application development and system support.(following CMMI Level 3)
