Senior It Manager
CurrentReporting to the CTO, I direct 24 / 7 / 365 international operations—including all infrastructure, data centers, and server rooms—supporting users in the Philippines and the UK. I create and develop 3- to 5-year global ICT roadmaps fully aligned with strategic objectives. I ensure optimal IT health metrics and SLA achievement and partner with senior leadership, peers, and PMO to drive successful delivery. I also participate in the change committee. I directed the initial migration of on-prem systems to the cloud—including email and Office suite. -Delivered measurable cost savings. -Completed migration in 1 year—with almost no impact on users or business operations. I led all technology for our new office design / buildout—including integration of smart office strategies—across multiple new offices. -Enabled significant business expansion. -Grew productivity significantly. -Reduced electricity footprint. I worked closely with the CTO and the business to present the business case for a second data center and selected the location and technologies. -Provided robust failover capabilities—tested every 3 months. -Delivered the project ahead of schedule. I designed and implemented metricized incentives—including multiple priority / escalation levels.-Initiated 1st SLAs—growing transparency and increasing customer satisfaction. I created the IT roadmap supporting the Philippine and UK offices. -Delivered an increase in efficiency with a reduction in IT OpEx costs. I automated a range of simple user processes and data requests.-Slashed a range of processes from hours to minutes. -Reduced the number of escalations required.
