In this global role I am responsible for overseeing operational activities to maximize quality impact on our services.

As part of the AW leadership team working on implementing a harmonized way of working across all Arcadis’ operating companies supported by a new single global ERP solution. The Arcadis Way is part of the global Top 10 initiatives of Arcadis. Leading a team (2FTE) to structure and control schedule-, risk- and finance management

Building and growing a sizeable group of ambitious (young) professionals, provide strategic direction, drive results and manage the team yearly performance cycle. I always work (with the team) on projects, individual roles or consultancy propositions in the field of project- & process management, project control, tender management, contract management and business development. Our client portfolio consists of, amongst others, TenneT, RWS, ProRail, Water Authorities, Liandon, KPN, Provinces and Arcadis projects.
