I graduated recently with a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Iowa in December 2020. I’m a creative, information-hungry learner that is comfortable dealing with obstacles.In both academic and non-academic settings, I always am looking to expand my mind. My favorite song or meal is anything I've never listened to or tried before. I am committed to any task set before me, having never accepted from myself an imperfect understanding of a concept. I follow the necessary set of steps to quickly reach my goal. I will never accept from myself the act of "getting by." In my academic years, I taught myself and tested out of Pre-Calculus, Calculus II & III, Comp. Sci. I, Spanish I-IV, British Literature I & II, and other courses. I have self-read various textbooks in Computer Science, Algebra, Analysis, and Topology. I have also made time to explore some of my outside interests such as Education and Creative Writing. Whatever the circumstance, I always find time to achieve the goals in front of me.
