Leader of IT and strategic partner in bringing technology to support a clinical stage biotech. Reengineered the Document Management Strategy which leveraged internal infrastructure and SaaS. Technology implementations supporting corporate security, robust infrastructure, research informatics and multiple partner/outsourcing collaborations were the focus of the IT team. Leveraged an outsource model for all commodity services.

IT leader in support of the drug development lifecycle, from Discovery through Manufacturing. Built effective partnerships with the leadership of Research, Clinical, Safety, Regulatory and Quality that resulted in successful deployments of enterprise technology. A flexible research informatics environment was created to support the unique workflow. Partnering with Regulatory Affairs, formulated a strategy for Regulatory Information Management as the core for a global clinical informatics environment. Built and led a high-performance team of project professionals and analysts recognized as significant value to business partners and the Company. Initiated the implementation of tool sets that supported partnerships, collaboration and CRO/CMO engagements.Board member of the Political Action Committee that lead the adoption of the GAIN act.

The Program Manager for technology that supported the global transformation of the Clinical Research Services organization. An eClinical platform was designed and implemented. Multiple, integrated technology projects, including CTMS, EDC, IVR and Safety systems where successfully implemented. As a member of the senior leadership team, was a key member of the transformation program focusing on people and process.

Integrated disparate multi-country sites into a global, harmonized IT organization supporting the scientific business unit. The new company was a carve-out of Quintiles and the acquisition of multiple companies. Rapidly built a GxP compliant environment for the Preclinical, Analytical and Pharmaceutics businesses. Shaped a team of staff project professionals to create an SDLC that integrated PMP and Prince2 concepts. The result was a highly motivated team that staffed global projects, reducing cost and time to benefit realization.
