At National Storage, I manage a team consisting of contactless and traditional self-storage locations in both Michigan and Ohio.

At SpareBox Storage, I managed a team consisting of more than 50 locations in Michigan, Ohio, New Hampshire, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. Selected accomplishments:-Upheld SpareBox Storage's Brand Standards-Recruited and developed a team of 14 Property Managers -Oversaw R&M and cap-ex projects to ensure they were completed in a timely manner and within budget-Provided my industry experience and insight to help create and expand our company's training and standard operating procedure libraries.

At Berger Realty Group, Inc, I managed a team of 28 locations, which consisted of 5 Area Regional Managers, and over 40 Store Managers/Assistant Managers/Maintenance Staff until it was acquired by SpareBox Storage.Selected accomplishments:-Exceeded budgeted financial goals, secondary KPI goals, and personal growth goals — with substantial month-over-month revenue and NOI gains each month since joining the company.-Developed an updated company infrastructure, which consisted of creating and implementing over 100 standard operating procedure (SOP) documents, a new team member handbook, and new-hire training checklists and documents.-Created an automated revenue and promotion management system, ensuring maximized occupancy and revenue growth.-Increased our U-Store and Stop-N-Stor web presence through upgrading our websites and working with an SEO expert. As a result, 95% of our locations are in the top 3 in both Google maps and organic listings.-Created an entirely new store audit document and process which, alongside the aforementioned infrastructure pieces, significantly tightened up store-level operations company-wide.-Developed and implemented new sales standards training for both in-person and telephone sales.

After Shurgard was acquired by Public Storage, I managed a district of 10 stores throughout Michigan. Responsibilities were similar to the District Manager position at Simply Self Storage.

I worked my way up from assistant store manager to store manager to team trainer and, finally, to district manager. I exceeded budgetary goals each year I was there and developed a number of staff to store manager and team trainer positions.

I started working at Sound Warehouse, one of the nation's largest retail music stores, as a customer service representative. Through industry knowledge and demonstrated leadership skills, I was quickly promoted to assistant manager. In that role, I oversaw inventory management, store operations, staff development, and customer satisfaction.
