• Serve in the Audit Services department as primary Sarbanes-Oxley 404 liaison (specifically with respect to the control environment) between the legal, finance, IT and human resources departments and the company’s external auditors• Interface with department personnel to ensure Sarbanes-Oxley 404 objectives, deliverables and timelines are met• Work with process owners to develop, maintain and review the Sarbanes-Oxley 404 documentation.• Coordinate and track the internal/external testing of controls and track the status of gaps and remediation actions.• Assist in providing training on internal controls• Responsible for the coordination of the quarterly and annual Sarbanes-Oxley processes.• Perform other Audit Services matters and special assignments as needed.
