BEA-IFPDescription:The Bank of East Asia, Limited (“BEA”), being a financial intermediary, receives funds from deposit customers and other third parties, and subsequently invests these funds in loans and investments to loan customers and other third parties. The interest payments on these funds collected and invested contribute to the Bank’s overall net interest margin, which is the difference between interest revenue earned on funds used to acquire assets less the interest expense on funds gathered.Within BEA, funds are received through business units (“BUs”) like branches, and are invested through different BUs like various loans departments. Through the participation of these BUs in the continuous funds intermediation process, the net interest margin is created. However, the contribution to the net interest margin is not equal by all participants. The discrete contributions of funds transformed within the intermediation process must be measured and assigned for assessing the overall profit contribution of each BU. The new system can provide participants with an income for as long as they live through CPF-LIFE model. New national lifelong income scheme called CPF-LIFE. At initialization of project, we checkup requirement created by PM in order to comprehend absolutely function of system model. then we completed both system design and detail design after test department in Singapore confirm our requirement analysis document. and preside over developing and UT for CPF-LIFE model. CPF-ITRDescription:The purpose to this project that update the old system datebase I2DMS to one base on DB,NCSI ChengDu brach took responsibility with testing, At beginning of project,PM workingoutthe requirement analyse through communicatinng with client.then some content that ambiguity or unable to get target will be checkup by developer and tester. PM summarized opinion from developer,tester and client in order to create project schedul. followed by our tester validate requirement analysis and establish test case,meanwhile the system design and detail design processed on developer, those two documents supply test case. After that, we constructed test environment. the first edition that may be has some undeveloped model released from developer. We tested it, debug and write test report, then deliver to develop again. The second edition released from developer, that has new model and bug solved. we completed test as the first time. Repeat above process until bug count reducing to production standard.
