Manage full life-cycle of awards, including end of contract; period extensions, or contract migration.•Procurement categories: Soft & Hard FM; Travel; Fleet; HR; Legal; IT/Telecom; Marketing•Designated to review existing and new services supplier/sub-contractor profile; make selection; bi-annual reviews; issue contract awards, and manage variations or changes to contracts. Negotiating client; supplier and contractor commercial terms, increasing cash flow, limiting debt, and ensuring full terms and conditions compliance. •Forging open and transparent relationships for ease of work and contract management. •Allocation of resources and assets within budgetary restraints.•Regular updates, review, and implementation of Health & Safety policies and procedures. Full responsibility for compliance, accountable to client and company. •With HR and Finance HoD’s, laterally contract managing personnel supply contract of +1,500 multi-cultural sub-contracted staff on Facilities Management and small works on high profile sites.

BOQ’s; service tracking sheets; invoice registers; HR – personnel files; Finance – P&L statements; quote templates. • Appointed to respond positively to PQQ’s/ITT’s and to draft and proof tender submittals.• Lead bid team on new submittals, working laterally with sub-contract and procurement departments, identifying unfavorable terms and contract commercial risks.• Regular liaising with BDM & Sales department, ensuring contact with new and existing clients.
