I have had a lifelong passion and interest in finance and technology. For over 20 years, I have worked as a senior leader with a wide range of organizations including finance, distribution, not-for-profit, mining and manufacturing. As an experienced business consultant specializing in finance and technology, I work with SMEs to oversee all aspects of financial and technology management. This includes the development of strategic plans, identifying issues and opportunities, solving problems while managing risk and compliance.I understand that many companies are challenged with properly implementing technology transformations. I play a key role in managing communication across various stakeholders, building documentation (requirements, proposals, process etc.), and providing the framework for software infrastructure, architecture, and design.Some of my most significant professional accomplishments include: Strategically running a boutique consulting firm catering to 200 active clients. Process improvements, solution design and overall architecture to support Manufactures Warranty and Customer Success. Landed Cost Calculation and Analysis for import businesses and Document Management and Auditability solutions with a focus on process improvements. In addition, I have completed various requirements gathering engagements for complex business with focus on documentation, ERP solution and vendor selection, implementation facilitation on behalf of the customer and long-term support and consultation. I have worked with many payment solutions such as click to pay, positive pay, EFT/ACH and lockbox. To support all of these activities I help my clients with cloud based platform adaptability and migrations.As technology continues to evolve, it is critical that organizations be nimble and innovative with solutions.
