I have over 15 years of IT related experience. I began my career on the IT Service Desk in 2005 with City of Gold Coast Council where I was most recently a Vendor Performance Officer. For the past year I have been employed by AIA as an Executive Support Officer and most recently a Project Consultant. My specialties lie in End User/ Infrastructure management, Service Now development, reporting, vendor management, implementing large scale software projects, Incident, Problem, and Change management.
