• Over 20 years of experience in project and program design, implementation and management within humanitarian, non-governmental and development organizations in the field of public health, social services provision, community development and operational research in developing countries.• Expertise in primary health care, social protection, governance, health planning and finance, community and rural development, private sector engagement and civil society strengthening.• Involvement in policy and context analysis, monitoring and evaluation and strategic planning, including in high-level advisory and consultative capacities to government and international organisations. • Familiarity with fragile and conflict related environments with institutional, civil and non-state actors in provision of humanitarian assistance, food security and livelihoods and non-violent conflict resolution. • Experience with qualitative and quantitative research as well as with market and value chain analysis. • Good communication skills; fluent in Dutch and English, conversant in French, Spanish and German and basic Burmese.• Work experience in Africa: Democratic Republic of Congo, Mozambique, Zambia and Tanzania; and in South and South-East-Asia: Cambodia, Laos PDR, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. • Co-Director of DantDaLun Management and Consulting Services Co. in Yangon, Myanmar.
