Oversee 3 Starbucks locations in Banff, Jasper, and Columbia Icefield. Led a team of 65 employees. Provided strategic and operational expertise and leadership. Developed and implemented systems and procedures to optimize revenue, team development, and operational efficiencies. Designed and maintained Micros POS and oversaw the switch to Simphony POS.

Managed day-to-day operations and oversaw all aspects of the business. Managed a team of 25 employees. Developed and cultivated relations with individuals and departments of the Banff Gondola and Pursuit, and with external partners including Starbucks, trades, and suppliers.

Building and maintaining relationships with clients and community. Practiced in all immigration matters including temporary and permanent working visas, immigration visas, and labor certifications. Each case involved people and project management, problem solving, researching potential solutions, and writing and presenting findings.

Secured $30-35 million in research funding each year for the 300 faculty members of the Faculty of Applied Science from Canadian and international funding agencies. Established and cultivated relationships with internal departments (Dean, Heads, and Directors, Office of Research Services, Office of VP Research, and Industry Liaison Office) and external partners (funding agencies and institutions). Provided faculty-wide (strategic) project managment, and departmental people management.
