- Analyze and interpret financing documents for corporate, municipal, and escrow transactions using in-depth knowledge of compliance, audit, and risk principles.- Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure precise account set-ups for a variety of financing transactions across multiple bank platforms while working with internal bank departments. - Confirm accurate and timely completion of compliance obligations of the contractual participants in accordance with governing documents, policies, procedures and regulations.- Manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously while training others and serving as an expert resource within the region.

- Coordinate dissemination activities and Trust Indenture Act annual reporting.- Research and continue Uniform Commercial Codes prior to expiration.- Complete all audit confirmations accurately within established time periods.- Complete account terminations accurately and in accordance with procedures and prepare accounts for retention.

- Prepare and distribute time sensitive reports for vault management team. Perform document processing and record keeping for customer accounts.- Accurately verify and balance branch shipments, customer deposits, and teller inventories. Prepare adjustment tickets to ensure accurate account posting. - Operate high speed currency processing machine used to verify, sort, and strap millions of dollars a day. Prepare daily cash shipment to the Federal Reserve.

- Create and distribute daily/monthly/quarterly management reports utilizing a variety of office software. - Balance and reconcile the department’s general ledger accounts. Research and resolve account discrepancies. - Assist in completing monthly quality assurance audits.- Input and verify new customer accounts on an internal database.

- Process commercial customer currency, coin, and check deposits. Prepare proof work to ensure same day credit of customer deposits. - Responsible for processing incoming and outgoing currency and coin orders and shipments. Document transactions through data entry and balancing paperwork.
