As a Marketing Director, I was responsible for the all marketing and advertising operations for Ferticell, a leading provider of organic fertilizers. I managed and organized existing company data and designed and created documentation for internal and external business activities. I leveraged my expertise in social media and content creation to increase brand awareness and customer engagement across various platforms.Prior to that, I worked at a digital marketing startup, WVE Media, as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and the first official employee to join the company. I contributed to building the company's foundation, providing strategies for business development, managing and training salespeople, and personally selling our services to new and existing clients. I generated $106,000 in profits in my second year alone, without lead generation or prior case studies. I also curated social media posts and captions for our business accounts and client accounts we managed on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.I was a finalist in the Presidents Business Challenge, a prestigious competition in Silicon Valley that required presenting a business plan to highly respected business professionals. I also won the Rising Star Award at a leadership development conference, which recognized my potential for success in the industry. I am passionate about business and adaptable to different situations and challenges.
