Worked as a licensed life and health insurance agent for Globe Life’s Liberty National Division under regional manager Matt Carder.Sold employee benefit packages to local businesses in which the sales process included two segments; Obtaining authorization from the decision maker to be able to come in and enroll their employees for our optional benefits and enrolling the employees on approved day of enrollment.Responsibilities included everything included in the sales process (including lead-gen) along with client relations/management with existing clientele.The sales cycle was 3-6 weeks on average and the process included finding qualified leads for businesses based in the Phoenix area with 5+ W2 employees, walking into each business to get in touch with the decision maker, scheduling a meeting with a decision maker, conducting a 15 minute presentation with the decision maker, and getting their authorization to come in and speak with their employees to offer our optional life and health benefits.

Worked at a digital marketing startup as the first official employee to join the company.WVE Media specializes in helping musicians and businesses grow/develop on social media and streaming platforms through advanced advertisement strategies.My role within the company included everything associated with an executive assistant to the co-founders, providing strategies for business development, managing/training salespeople, structuring sales operations/processes, and personally selling our services to new and existing clients.In terms of marketing, I curated social media posts and captions for our business accounts and client accounts we managed on Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.Additionally, I curated all presentation aspects, designs, and templates used for direct marketing purposes for our high-ticket clients. This included pricing and personalized packaging of services.Helped the business grow from the ground up as I joined the business where we only had four or five existing clients/campaigns. When I parted ways with the company we had just under 100 campaigns actively running.
