Developed a prioritised list of requirements using MoSCoW analysis and then produced a product roadmap, translating use cases into tickets for the development team, to create an Asset Management Decision Support Tool. Engaged with stakeholders at all levels to ensure successful adoption and alignment with a 3+ year strategic plan.• Conducted qualitative research, including stakeholder interviews and usability testing, to inform tool development and create user stories. Designed UX wireframes via Figma based on insights gathered, ensuring acceptance criteria were met. Helped develop the dashboards using Palantir Foundry workshop.• Delivered capability demonstrations of the MVP to 1* and 2* MoD senior leaders, including the deputy CEO of the organisation. Presented in global technical forums on the importance of ‘User Centric Design in Decision Making’ and our collaboration with the SDA.• Facilitated strategic sessions across Asset Management, Digital, Human Factors, and Benefits teams to ensure aligned product goals and user-centric decision-making. Developing a proposal and programme of works to deliver the new Asset Management decision framework effectively.
