Leading the Compensation and Benefits platform for Carlton & United Breweries my role is to ensure CUB is at the leading edge of what is considered compensation and benefits. Along with dealing with C&B I and the POC for all Job Grading at CUB utilising the Hay Methodology. I am also apart of the team who is leading CUB's work in People Analytics.

Working in the People team at CUB to ensure all Financial planning and performance targets are not only met but exceeded.In this role I worked with our key stakeholders to ensure all FTE, People Sensitive and Non-Sensitive targets are met. This included mannual journal package management, key stakeholder management, LE forecasting and monthly T&M meetings.

Partnering with the Support functions of CUB to bring the best outcomes in the People Space. Solutions functions include Technology implementation, Back office services i.e. Payroll, Order to Cash etc.In this role I partnered with the listed functions to deliver all their Human Resource needs (from Hiring to Exiting) whilst delivering ABInBev's People Cycle.

Working with the start up Travelling Tradies, which is an company that aims to enrich the lives of Australia's Tradie workforce by providing them with unparalleled travel experiences. My role is to consult on all things business related with a strong focus on People, from skills gap analysis to recruitment and general HR matters. I also provide input on other aspects of the business such as back-end development and business strategy.

In this role I managed our sites underground Diamond Drilling program which included 6 Drill Rigs producing approximately 2,000m to 3,000m per week of primarily NQ2 Core. Working as an Underground Geologist in Victoria, Australia's Largest Gold Mine. During this role I was responsible for the day to day operations of the mines ore material. This included Stope Management and ore drive management. Other duties included Survey memo review and sign off, Capital Development inspections, Mill Blending (ore throughput through the processing plant) and safety inspections around site

Begining as a Graduate, I spent my two year program rotating through Exploration, Resource Drilling, & Underground Production Geology. During this program I learnt how a mine operates from its very beginings in Exploration to converting an inferred resouce to an indicated resource and then mining the resource and milling it. This program gave me the foundation to be successfull in any geology based mining role.

Having completed two certificates whilst working for PINP (Cert II in Tourism & Cert III in Hospitality Operations) I spent 6 years working in most functions, but primarily in Food & Beverage. Most of this time was spent in a customer facing role making the best Coffee you could ever get at a venue that catered to 4000 people in a 4 hour window

Working as a Bar Tender and Bottleshop attendant - it entailed everything you would expect from this type of work.
