I have started a new career in Insurance, first in Sales as a producer with Allstate and had great take aways there and feel it was as awesome transition into my current role as a claims adjuster for State Farm, which combines a few of my passions together, such as love of vehicles, medical and the need tonserve my community. As an Operations Manager and Leader in the mortgage/banking industry, I have demonstrated my leadership and people skills through consistent accolades in teamwork, end-to-end commitments and putting the customer and shareholders first. I have lead multiple teams with more than 30+ directs, offshored 200+ overseas closing specialist, managed and collaborated cycle times, metrics and pipeline management. I have created training materials, facilitated, and video creation to supplement training.I'm skilled in Banking, Collections, Customer Service, Credit Cards, Home Loans, Risk Management, offshoring, Training, and auditing. I also have some medical training as an EMT and CNA. I am innovative and continue to look for ways to effectively improve processes to cut costs, foster stronger relationships with my customers and clients, and reduce risk.I am a strong leader with a strong work ethic and purpose.
