Having the numerous years (30years) of related experiences as follows; I started culinary skills as an apprentice for two years at a very young age of 16 at Hollandse Club before enlisted to Singaporean Military National Service for two years. I have joined the 5 star- Sheraton Tower as Commis 3 and developed my passion in the culinary and creative knowledge in all kinds Cuisines such as Singaporean, Asian, Italian, French, Continental, Japanese & others, working in all kinds of Hotels, Country/Executive Clubs, small to large scale restaurants. At the age of 25, I was the youngest Chef in Charge for a restaurant. Having the chance to work in a mixed race environment of Chefs from Italy, Germany, French have given me the exposure to various cuisines. It is my utmost dream to attain the highest level in CulinaryOpportunity had brought me to Perth, as an HR manager, which displays my management skills in handling workers in various countries.
