Profile bio

About Steven M.

I am a successful and well-established, formal military educated career Medical / Healthcare professional possessing proficiency of a broad and comprehensive base of working knowledge, working comprehension, and a proficient set of multifaceted and well-honed application set of skills, acquired functioning in roles with responsibilities in differing technical aspects and levels of operational leadership. My formal education encompassed Clinical Medical Laboratory Technology, Anatomic Surgical Pathology, Histotechnology, Cytopathology, and Immunohistochemistry. Although the majority of my career work experiences have been within the Clinical Medical Laboratory patient testing environment, having functional experience acquired working comprehension from within the research, forensics, and veterinary medical communities, which in addition to my several years of experience in a Product Management / Technical Support capacity within the Precision Medical Instrumentation Manufacturing sector, which collectively has culminated my acquired comprehensive working knowledge and practical proficiency in the Technical, Operational, Administration aspects directly relative to matters of QA/QC, Regulatory Compliance, Educational Program Administration, Document Content Development, Handling and Control. Of equal contributory significance both to allowing me to not only realize my personal career goals but also the successful achievement of organizational, project accomplishments and specific areas of process improvement, all of my many diverse experiences has afforded me what I see as a unique ability to naturally view any given targeted goal or project objective from several different perspectives and subsequently allowing for me to develop the most proficient, efficient and cost effective approach to successful achievement “initially” thus minimizing those preventable oversights that most often lead to the need to revisit and/or repeat any given step in the process, which are historically the primary cause for cost overruns, missed timelines, and often times the direct cause of daily heavy workloads and adversely affecting staff morale.

QAP Effectiveness Assessment, Operational Concurrence, Process Improvement, New Development, Regulatory Required Compliance, Educational Program Administration, Consultation Support, SOP Content Review, Revision, New Development, Document Control and Maintaining Inspection Ready Posture. My true belief that no matter how seemingly insignificant all newly acquired "Knowledge Is Power". As such my primary objective is to "pay forward" my base of experience acquired throughout my 35+ year career, in part providing the knowledge to "Extinguish" the "Inextinguishable" fires. My formal education included extensive basic fundamental knowledge which have become extinct in most every phase of formal education. Although many this is one prominent example. After having reviewed the findings from a multitude of independent medical and scientific studies performed domestically here in the United States and internationally by many recognized as pioneers, scholars and experts in their respective research professions, i.e., oncology, vaccines, genetics, small and large molecule development, and the like. Upon completing my own comparative result research it was quite evident that the findings reported from a large majority of the case studies performed were very similar, not necessarily the resulting values in and of themselves, but one could say almost identical in quantitative scope. Cumulatively, the reported findings themselves make for a compelling argument strongly suggesting that these often times lethal fires were spawned direct by-product of what has become a "plug and play" laboratory operational mindset, with financial concerns such as ever tightening budgetary constraints, the most significant contributing factor in my humble opinion for the decline in consistently providing the highest quality of patient care, the palpable lowering of morale and once ever present feeling of "Team" healthcare professionals once shared, which I can define in 3 letters "IPO".
