ED2 Partners consults with government agencies, foundations, non-profits, libraries, attorneys, universities, museums, cultural heritage institutions, archivists and others charged with preserving digital content.ED2 Partners was launched in 2012 when they were tasked to create a national Digital Preservation Network (DPN) on behalf of the presidents of 50 universities belonging to the Association of American Universities and Internet2. Now that the DPN service is launched and independently operated by the university community, ED2 Partners is available to help clients identify the best-in-class strategic partners who can implement custom workflows to break through digital preservation bottlenecks.

The national Digital Preservation Network (www.DPN.com) was conceived in 2012 by the presidents of over 50 universities from the Association of American Universities and was incubated by Internet2. The goal was to create a scalable dark archive for digital content using multiple technologies and in multiple locations with no single point a failure. Leveraging the existing investements of five university repositories, the DPN service went live in 2016 and became fully operational in 2018 with the addition of the EXANODE digital preservation node for audio and moving image content (AMI) at the University of Southern California Digital Respository (USCDR.) DPN is part of a dynamic community of digital preservation service providers that have been launched over the past five years to solve the complex problems and bottlenecks that are unique to each industry and category of digital content.

Darden Solutions was a consortium of 15 of the top business schools in the United States which came together to develop a best-of-breed student information system.* Established business model which enabled the Darden School to license software technology to other business schools in order to share development expenses across schools* Recruited and led a world-class software development team that designed, built and successfully deployed five enterprise software applications to fifteen of the top business schools in the country* Raised over $1 million a year through licensing and maintenance fees from top U.S. business schools to create a modular Student Information System* Developed marketing, implementation and sales strategy for Darden Solutions and closed software license and maintenance agreements with the business schools at Wharton, MIT, Columbia, Chicago, Cornell, UCLA, Duke, and Yale among others

* Raised investment capital for a prototype launch of an Internet payment processor * Designed and led software development of an online payment alternative to credit cards using stored-value cards for purchases and person-to-person payments

* Conducted bank training programs in Eastern Europe along with University professors that taught US banking practices to aspiring bank executives in Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland, Kazakhstan, Hungary, Moldova, and Romania * Obtained funding and managed the McIntire International Banking Institute for senior bankers from Eastern Europe * Obtained funding and managed the McIntire Entrepreneurial Executive Training Institute
