- Responsible for all production related KPI metrics, production/plant scheduling, and related administrative tasks for the department in addition to order reception and related correspondence with customers to ensure fulfillment of all product needs.- Partnered with Maintenance to complete a full production line redesign, responsible for assisting in sanitary line design, equipment purchases, coordinate production drawdown, sanitation and validation of cleaning, commissioning of new lines, and SOP/SSOP development for a $2,000,000 upgrade which provided increases of 5% in yield, 10% in throughput, and a decrease of 12% in labor.- Implemented Net Promoter Score surveys to understand morale levels, gauge organizational view on workplace and food safety, and generate ideas on improvements- Investigated and presented RCA for internal and external quality and safety complaints.
