In my current role, I oversee tactical, technical, administrative, and training in warfare as a key leader, instructor, and general operations manager. I also ensure strategic planning and implementation of key initiatives, manage employment of the Tactical Tomahawk Weapons Control System. I decide core strategies for HARPOON system engagement, including flight paths for missile attacks for multiple surface targets and resolve related issues as a key problem solver.Several highlights include:● Lead the development of test strategies and procedures to better prepare all CRUDES ships throughout the US Navy for faster and more reliable strike missile employment capabilities.● Guided general operations of the Tactical Tomahawk Weapon Control System (TTWCS) while leading a team of trainers and assessors during certification events.

In this role, I managed all aspects of Tomahawk Strike programs as a key leader in strategic planning and implementation, including tactical and training employment of the Tactical Tomahawk Weapons Control System. I trained and mentored team members, collaborated cross-functionally with leadership, and ensured proper resource allocation. Several highlights include:● Managed the procurement, sequencing, and installation of the Tactical Tomahawk Weapon Control System, and the refurbishment of the Harpoon Weapon System and Vertical Launching Syste.

In this role, I engaged in recruitment of individuals into the U.S. Navy and Naval Reserve across both officer and enlisted programs. I leveraged expertise in all recruiting techniques (e.g. sourcing, sales, assessing and onboard disciplines). I informed potential recruits of recruiting policies, directives and guidance as well as an in-depth knowledge of all Navy officer and enlisted programs. I also communicated and related effectively with customers, strategic partners, groups and the community.Several achievements include:● Managed the top Navy Officer Recruiting Station within Region East● Program Manager for Nuclear Propulsion Engineering and Civil Engineering collegiate programs.● Navy Recruiting District Ohio Canvasser of the Year

Several highlights include:● Analyzed and diagnosed faults in the operational configuration of electronic systems and equipment using the collected data to train and developed combat missile division onboard USS Mahan for 2013 and 2014 deployments. ● Coordinated the safe execution of over 200 Tomahawk Land Attack Missile from multiple surface combatants to support the international military operation in Libya, enforcing United Nations Security Council Resolution 1973 during Operation Odessey Dawn in March 2011.

In this role I developed, maintained, reviewed and updated Job Duty Task Analysis (JDTA), Training Front End Analysis (FEA), Navy Training System Plan (NTSP), Job Qualifications Requirements (JQR) / Personnel Qualification Standards (PQS). I assisted with development of Manpower Estimate Reports (MER). Developed Testing Plans, Performance Test Administrator's Guides (PTAG) Knowledge Test Administrators Guides (KTAG), and a cross reference list of test items and related learning objectives. I drove instruction of other instructors as part of the Anti-Terrorism Force Protection (ATFP) and in support of the Anti-Terrorism Officer (ATO) in creating and executing ATFP plans. I taught program members concerning non-lethal weapons, Armed Sentry and Security Reaction Forces, including tactics and standard procedures. Several highlights include:● Conducted an in-depth formal course review of the Navy’s Harpoon Weapon System Maintenance course, enhancing learning objectives and training effectiveness.

Performs corrective maintenance for proper operations by alignment, adjustment, removal, repair and replacement of equipment assemblies, sub-assemblies and components. Performs diagnostic tests and isolates casualties and faults to the lowest replaceable assembly including removal and replacement of interconnecting wiring harnesses.Determines the preferred HARPOON engagement including flight path and missile attack mode for multiple surface targets designated for engagement by the Tactical Action Officer (TAO). Plans the engagement utilizing graphic display capabilities to avoid friendly participants and to increase kill probability of selected targets within a group. Resolves engagement related problems and communicates equipment casualties or faults to proper authority.
