Manage and direct platform designed to assist high school student athletes seeking recruitment to play basketball at the college level. Using DGOW and Champions Team Building philosophies to recruit, train and manage a team of dedicated consultants who work one on one with individual student athletes. Providing fair and balanced opinions of players abilities and at what level, if any, they are capable of playing. Providing knowledge of recruiting rules and regulations and evaluating academic requirements for the student to be eligible. Assist the player in the recruiting process to better identify schools which best fit their ability and match their education desires. Ensure that all consultants are at all times in compliance with any and all NCAA guidelines related to the evaluation and recruitment of student athletes.Manage and make assignments of potential prospects to appropriate consultant. Establish appropriate reporting process, to include managing athletes records using CRM to effectively report financial status of program to management.Coordinate with Premier Basketball Reports, Director of Scouting, to ensure current and accurate scouting materials are available for each new student athlete who signs up for Player Services.Responsible to coordinate, plan and present overview of Player Services Program to student athletes, family members and coaches during scheduled tournaments, clinics and camps.
