I was the Team Lead for the CWA suite of applications. This is KeyCorp’s mission-critical Commercial Credit Origination, Tracking and Approval solution which I, in part, designed and developed. Additionally, I led the team that architected and developed a Web-based solution for the same application, and converted existing data so that it is compliant with new Web-based user interface. I designed and developed creative mechanisms by which CWA interfaces with other application within our environment with a heavy concentration on XML. The design of this application was so successful that I was solicited by other divisions within the bank to use the design to develop solutions for their needs as well.

Developed interdepartmental guidelines and procedures to streamline workflow, as well as supervised On-Line Services Help Desk personnel.
