Senior Consultant To provide recruiting services to Key Account clients including multinational and local companies and drive new business development.Responsible for the whole process and project management, including job analysis, intelligence collection, screening, interviewing, evaluation, reference check, and other communication work• Client Analysis - Thoroughly study and analyze our client’s organization, management philosophy, and company culture; clarifying the job scope and requirements and interview both HR and hiring manager for a full understanding of our clients’ needs.• Research & Sourcing – conduct the whole searching process, targeting companies in the relevant industry; tapping extensive network; searching and sourcing high –caliber candidates by cold-calling, warm calling, networking.• Candidate’s Evaluation – Conduct personal face-to-face interviews or professional phone interviews; assessment and matching of professional skills and personality requirement.• Candidates’ Presentation – Provide assessment and submission of short listed candidates’ profile to clients.• Interview Scheduling – Interview arrangement between clients and short listed candidates to be done.• Reference Check & Negotiation – Reference check on the final candidate; advising and negotiating the offer by client to candidate; assisting candidates in managing resignation.

Responsibility: •Mainly work for the network products and training, headhunting services etc. Responsible for customer relationship’s establishment, maintenance and to coordinate the company’s internal and external resources, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty; Maintain and expand the development of new customers, increase the company's market share• Maintain the recruitment channels, record all the important information of clients and candidates, maintain and establish good relationship with customer, update and develop new customers in order to achieve the relevant indicators.• Through various channels and resources from a variety of media gathering market and candidates’ information to improve the talent poor.• Regularly visit customers and candidates, ensure a satisfactory service feedback from both of them.
