Essential Functions (Hiring):● Manage the Indeed account for hiring CCTs, reviewing and reaching out to qualified candidates.● Schedule in-person interviews for interested candidates, giving them a site tour and going through CTA’s program and interview with a series of questions.● Accept and reject candidates after interviewing based on their performance.● Write up the new hire offer letter, attached with a welcome email including the next steps of the hiring process.Essential Functions (Community):● Create and post the Community Calendar the Friday before the new month starts.● Determine Group Leaders each day and assign “Primary GL”.● Oversee, manage and train all Group Leaders and community supports.● Collaborate with Behavior Specialist, Behavior Support Supervisor, BCBA, etc. to best support behavioral needs in the community.● Communicate with Special Education Teachers and Group Leaders each day regarding community outings, plans and any necessary adjustments.● Reach out to community members, businesses and partners to open additional opportunities for CTA.● Manage CTA transportation and Covid-19 Prevention Plan protocols (as relevant) in relation to the community and school transit.Essential Functions (Behavior):● Assist the Director/Behavior Specialist, Lead Teaching Assistant, Lead Behavior Technician, and Special Education Teacher(s) with IEP’s social/emotional/behavior present levels and baseline data.● Collect data for quarterly progress reports and write/submit to necessary case managers.
