I have pursued a career in higher education due to the impact my advisors and mentors had on me and my development throughout my undergraduate career. I am an academic entrepreneur, innovator who is never content with "we've always done it this way." I believe in fostering meaningful academic growth and learning while having fun through highly innovative and experiential programs. One of my greatest joys is working with college students, watching them grown and succeed and then maintaining relationships long after they have graduated. I love connecting with our alums when I travel the US and the world and working to ensure they are connected with one another and always growing their networks. I am an experienced senior academic administrator and faculty member with a demonstrated record of success in the design, implementation, and evaluation of all aspects of undergraduate and graduate business education. I have demonstrated my commitment to the student experience through innovative curricular and programatic opportunities, and to creating an inclusive educational experience throughout my entire career. I have extensive experience and success in areas of Student Development, Student Affairs, Experiential Learning, Teaching, Fundraising, Admissions, Curriculum Design, Management and Career Development.
