Provides overall leadership and direction to the regional Office, including Business Management, Client Service, Project Performance, and Personnel Management. Ultimate responsibility to ensure that the operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the region are achieved while also contributing to sustainable, profitable growth by delivering professional services and leadership. Responsible for planning and managing the daily function of the office in cooperation and collaboration with Practice Leaders, Client Managers, Corporate partners, and other stakeholders.

Provides leadership for construction management and proposal/business development for large-scale wastewater construction and transportation infrastructure maintenance projects

Engineering Director for one of the top Environmental Management companies in the world with over $2 billion in revenue and a global reach. Provided engineering expertise to client (DSNY) for large scale landfill closure management projects, including leachate treatment, landfill gas extraction and recovery, final cover and closure, and residuals management with total installed costs exceeding $250 million. Regional leadership role for water, wastewater, and leachate treatment, and landfill closure and methane gas recovery. Owner's agent for capital planning, equipment reliability and performance, maintenance planning and management, regulatory compliance, environmental sustainability, and health and safety. Managed complete CIP process including investment review, business justification, and long-term and annual capital improvement program (CIP) as part of multi-year project ($65 million initial contract with $27 million renewal) with New York City Department of Sanitation (DSNY).

Leader of Northeast US business development efforts including environmental consulting, remedial systems, and industrial services markets. Responsible for securing over $30 million in new contracts and renewals, including some of the earliest mobile water treatment projects with energy-related clients within the Marcellus Shale Region. Managed Environmental Consulting Group including staff assignments, mentoring, and training, and management of multiple construction, consulting, engineering, environmental due diligence, remediation, permitting, and regulatory compliance

Leader of national business development efforts responsible for implementation of corporate US market entry strategy for water, environment, and power business operations, with particular focus on NY, Florida, and Georgia, and California, but extending across the US, Canada and US-funded international projects. Focus on specialty “niche” services including asset management/condition assessment, climate change adaptation, sustainability, public/private partnerships and geographic information systems.Program and Project Manager for international EPC and design/build water/wastewater rehabilitation projects with combined value of over $100 million. Managed and coordinated international design staff based in USA, UK, Venezuela, and Israel. Provided additional project management and technical expertise for projects across multiple disciplines including environmental, water/wastewater, power, transportation, and maritime. Environmental due diligence and risk management specialist for multiple transportation and maritime projects for public and private clients.
