Arranging cover for guards failing to appear for duty, Planning & Scheduling guards, Issuing Times Sheets, Preparing Assignment Instructions & Site Folders, Guard Recruitment, Guard Training & Appraisals, Site Inductions & Inspections Preparing Active Guard Reports, Monitoring CCTV, Monitoring Security Guards Performance and Liaising with clients on cover required and guards performance .

Duties Included:Planning work flow and components for manufacturing MRP, Scheduling Sales orders, Maintaining work procedures, Problem solving, Stock control, Supply Chain Management MRP, Maintaining Re-order and safety levels for Manufacturing, Receiving Product from Manufacturing and Suppliers, Raising purchase orders, Report writing, Data management and Site services.Planning the workflow of sales orders through the assembly area to despatch for collectionThe Daily management and Discipline of 40 plus staff and 1 warehouse supervisor, Audit current working practices and procedures, Create and design performance monitors to improve quality and customer satisfaction. The preparation and control of all stock counts, stock count reconciliation, Investigation of all discrepancies, Report findings, Suggest recommendations for improvements, System interrogation, Staff training & appraisals, Warehouse returns. Resolve customer complaints, Design spread sheets and monitor key performance indicators (KPI’s), Control and audit site services & maintenanceCompany Quality Standards: ATEX, IECEX, UL, CSA, GOST, INMETRO, NEPSI & LIOYDS REGISTERED

Major Account Management, Planning and Control of all stock and Materials being received,stored and despatched, Third Party Audits, Preparation and reconciliation of all Stock Counts, Negotiating transport contracts, Leading and controlling a small team, Staff training & Appraisals. Preparing quotes for Order Fulfilment, Data Capture, order processing, transferring data to FTP sites, Compiling spreadsheets for label printers, Purchase Orders and Invoicing.
