Serves as the leader over all Rapid City Medical Staff services, including supporting Credentialing and Privileging for all Monument Hospitals. Serves as the liaison between the Organized Medical Staff of Rapid City Hospital and Monument Health. Responsible for growing and maintaining engagement and a culture of collaboration among the Medical Staff. Supports Medical Staff Quality throughout Rapid City Hospital.

Provide Medical Leadership for a new musculoskeletal specialty hospital. Also serve as Executive Medical Director for the service lines of Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Neurology, Pain Management, Podiatry, and Sports Medicine. Maintain a hand surgery practice.The Orthopedic and Specialty Hospital is a 120,000 sf hospital that houses complementary services focused around musculoskeletal care.

Coordination of quality and management for all Orthopedic related services across AHS, including inpatient and outpatient care, Emergency Department, and associated community programs. Work closely with the AHS leadership team, partner with the Atlantic Medical Group (AMG) and private physician practices, and contribute to oversight of the operational and financial performance of the entire Orthopedic service line.

Chair Committee of Medical Staff Leadership from each of our System's 5 Medical Staffs. This subcommittee of the AHS Board of Trustees is responsible for maintaining high quality integrated care throughout our system.
