My mission is to develop a sustainable world class engineering organisation that helps people design and develop new and innovative products that make the world a better place to live in.The main industries I have been involved in are:Diesel Systems, Medical, Aerospace and Space, Oil and Gas, Automotive and Motorsport.I have worked with the following companies: Lucus Bryce, Caterpillar, Woodward Governor, MTU, L’orange, Perkins, Wartsila, Delphi, Bosch Rexroth, Astrium, BAE, Honeywell, Schlumberger, B/E Aerospace, Bespak, Biochrom, Blatchford, FTT, Hewland, IPT, Moog, and most of the F1 and motorsport industry.My main engineering expertise is based around: Tight tolerance components <1um, Difficult to machine materials including Inconel, Tungsten Carbide, PCD and ceramic, Complex components >1000 dimensions, high speed milling of carbon steel >10000 mm/min and miniature & micro machining.My main management expertise and knowledge is based around: long term business and financial strategy, company vision analysis and goal setting, organisational realignment, management coaching, lean manufacturing principles and constant improvement practices.
