My role is to get the assets ready for letting or on occasions for sale. I do this by leading teams of consultants and builders. Once complete I hand the asset to the relevant part of the company. Programming, concept and detailed design, tendering, construction contracts and novation, executing contract, handover to Waitrose. Notable schemes included; South Woodford extension and refit -Putney extension and refit - Brent Cross extension and refit - Great Malvern refit.

Seconded to John Lewis Partnership, working on the John Lewis at Home retail concept. Developing the Project Management Process and working on a scheme in Exeter, monitoring developers shell build and working as an Employers Agent for the design and fit-out of the scheme. The Exeter project changed to a full JL department store and was I moved to a different project team within the Waitrose team which were experiencing significant increases in work load with Waitrose expansion plans.

Arcadis Plc was contracted by Novartis AG of Basel to provide delivery of its construction projects at the Novartis R&D site in Horsham.
