Served 10 years in the British Army as an electronics technician, once left the Army I worked for a couple of lighting companies, on the engineering side I work heavily on fibre optics and the sales side I was working as a sales technical expert in LEDs. I then started working in customer service and still currently go that today serving as a team manager within the energy industry. Sales has been a large focus of mine for the past 5 years and see myself as a target driven individual, one who has the ability to adapt and overcome any targets set in front of me, I have been in management for over 10 years now and continuously look at using my experience and drive to get the best out of anyone and really create an highly motivated and successful workforce. My current role is a outbound dialler manager for an energy company.I have now after redundancy from previous role taken up a position with Reed in Partnership as a Business manager.after nearly a year with Reed in partnership I have been lucky enough to be moved into a senior management role and am now the operations manager within the Edinburgh office.
