Responsible for the sales and support of Navien gas and oil boilers. Covering the whole of Scotland and north of England, I engage with key distribution outlets, manage a team of sales associates, coordinate training, promotional events and marketing activity. Key account management and sales data analysis, technical support and product development.

Delivered excellent customer service through the diagnosis and repair of boiler/system faults, ensuring the very highest standards of health and safety. Project management for medium sized installation company. Surveyed prospective installations, controlled budget and material costs. Responsible for quality control, after sales service. Public sector contracts awarded via Scottish Gas and Link Housing.
