Blue Leaf Properties Ltd specialise in the development and refurbishment of commercial and domestic properties in the UK. I utilise my European wide construction knowledge and expertise within retail, industrial and domestic construction projects. My skill set firmly underpinned from my early years on site as a carpenter and bespoke joiner, I started my professional career developing office interiors, forming a successful Father/Son partnership which thrived for over 10 years. From this was natural progression to form my own company – Initially concentrating on office interiors, the business quickly expanded and advanced on to the challenge of supplying clean rooms for hospitals and high end engineering companies, as well as an operating theatre installation programme at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.During my time at Triplar, I have managed several complex new store and re-fit projects and has been involved in the rollout of three distinct concepts for a major client across Western and Central Europe, My proven track record in delivering projects saw me promoted to Senior Project Manager where I focused on maintaining and servicing a fleet of EU stores. This includes managing and co-ordinating fixture adaptations, façade signs, internal construction works and store closures.My experience has given a unique capability to understand both the reality of site conditions, constraints and challenges whilst managing client expectation always ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to budget.
