•Collaborating under the supervision of Missouri (MO) Senator Greg Razer to research and present a legislative proposal on encouraging electric vehicle adoption across MO while also supplanting lost revenue to the MO Department of Transportation as gas usage declines.•Leading research examining how a 501(c)(4) can effectively impact student outcomes in Kansas City.•Developing a micro-funding program with Kansas City Action Fund for community members and presenting strategy to stakeholders.

• Taught middle school math to 30+ students with 87% of students achieving above average growth and a majority of students achieving growth in the 90th percentile by end-of-year.• Manage data systems for entire middle school including leading PD on using data in classroom and building out a data dashboard all students and teachers.
