I am an experienced team leader working on the overhead lines as a lineman I have worked on both transmission and distribution networks for over 12years. I have worked on refurbishment projects involving routine maintenance, repairs and construction of 275 and 132 KV pylons. I am responsible for conducting risk assessments on my own work and work undertaken by my colleagues. My duties working on both the transmission and distribution network have ranged from 132 KV pylons, 66, 33, 11 KV wooden poles and LV distribution systems.can take permits to work for Scottish power and also Energy north west, I have a technically minded approach to my work as well as being safety conscious. I consider travelling and living away from home as a prerequisite of my profession.
