Helped design and administer a survey to assess staff’s perceived needs for training on how to recognize and deal with clients experiencing trauma. Created instruments to track shelter incidents (e.g., fights, EMS calls). Managed databases and performed data analyses on client demographics, incidents and exits. Lead efforts to implement digital signage in the shelters. Worked to modernize inventory management. Provided aid and feedback on projects undertaken by department directors. Served informally as the onsite go-to IT person.In addition as a member of the Enhancement Program (a program aimed at enhancing client services through the addition of job developers, diversion specialists and art therapists), worked to manage and clean data in preparation for data analyses and generation of reports. Generated progress reports for funders and staff. Created and implement data collection protocols to track progress toward meeting funding goals (e.g., number of unique clients seen, frequency of client-staff interactions, number of clients hired, number of clients diverted back into the community). Worked with other members of the Enhancement Program to determine goals for the next fiscal year.Finally, created instruments to document client enrollment and progress toward project goals, provided guidance on questions to be included in surveys, and conducted statistical analyses on program data.
