I am a certified ICP-APO Agile Product Owner and lead on several initiatives across our Complaints area.Through managing internal and partner stakeholders, I deliver high levels of service and KPI performance delivery, helping to deliver Plan Zero, driving progress towards zero carbon living for all.I am an experienced communicator, display strong emotional intelligence, analytical and laser focussed on my team’s goal to deliver the best possible outcome for our customers, business and partners.
