Responsible for supporting & managing FI / CU clients and plastic vendor within Fiserv’s Agent Card solution.

-I review commercial / consumer credit card application from community banks across the U.S.-I also review and maintain existing accounts for risk and credit extension. -Adhere to internal credit policies along with creating and updating them-Help with developing and implementation of internal credit decision systems-Maintain agent bank relationships to help BDs retain and gain trust and satisfaction for agent banks customer base

Underwrote commercial credit applications in addition to help with day to day operations of the credit department.

· Supervise consumer and commercial analysts within credit department · Underwrite business and consumer applications up to $75,000 · Recommend business and consumer applications to credit manager approvals over $75,000 · Review existing business accounts for possible limit increases and/or adding additional cardholders · Underwrite stock loans up to $250,000 for bank presidents and board members · Extensive knowledge of bankcard policies and procedures · Strong knowledge of in house software and Microsoft products · Review financial portfolios for possible acquisition · Help implement loan origination program APPRO within the credit department · Maintain accurate records of consumer and business accounts on monthly basis for board report and department heads · Provide knowledge, guidance and experience to bankcard team on bankcard software programs · Liaison between business development officers and customer relations · Establish and sustain good relationships with agent bank loan officers and contacts · Extensive knowledge of conversion process within department · Help problem solving with customer relations issues · Help maintain service level and abandoned rate for customer que calls
