Consolidated reporting for 8 individual companies and two elimination companies to Maersk Oil headquarters in Copenhagen. This involved enhancing and maintaining the integrity of corporate excel reporting model. The reporting included monthly actuals reporting, quarterly forecast and annual budget cycle. Twice a year it included a full asset life of field view from first production through to abandonment. This life of field view was also used to support annual asset impairment testing. Preparation of financial summaries for presenting to UK Board of Directors.Responsible for all non-operated asset & exploration accounting (6 producing assets and 75 exploration licences), management reporting, budgeting and forecasting.Reviewing and offering advice on design documentation for the implementation of SAP for the various financial modules to help ensure the proposed SAP solution was appropriate and fit for purpose.Financial support for new UK licence round applications.Supervision of an assistant accountant.

Ensuring the co-ordination of annual actuals reporting to headquarters.Timely delivery of UK statutory accounts in compliance with UK GAAP.Ensuring completion of monthly income statement and balance sheet review process.Liaise with external auditors throughout each year to ensure effective audit process.
