As the Customer Success Champion, my role is an enablement partner to align with the customer to drive understanding of the Aligni solution. Whether they adopt the MRP or PLM solution, supporting all phases from Awareness through Reinforcement. Brought to the developing organization for guidance with internal teams, and enhance dialog with Customers furthering the grow of Aligni’s PLM/MRP market presence. Primary goal, to implement a Training Program focusing documentation and training deliverables for the existing and emerging features. Interacting with customers to understand what they desire and need to work within Aligni. Understanding the messages coming from the customer was important to determining the Training Program for prioritization and implementation. Initial training priorities include installing a Discovery Call with all new customers to determine what level of integration is needed. Taking information gathered and focus on existing documentation, revision of existing documentation and creating documentation for new features in collaboration with the development team.

Engaged to join the Product & Service team within IT to assist and guide development of Instructional Design and implementation for enterprise systems. The framework for development has been modified to follow SAFe Agile, moving away from Waterfall. Instructional Design had to follow the SAFe framework across the D365 and Salesforce Solutions. Activities Include delivery of the instruction through In-Person, Virtual and eLearning activities. Advise in areas of Subject Matter expertise such as IOT device network topology issues for resolution.
