Steven Meeks is a Texas home-based Sr. Project Manager and Methodology Team Lead with HealthStream’s Scheduling and Capacity Management Professional Services group.Steven has over 30+ years’ experience with healthcare software, project management, implementation, product publications and documentation development.Steven works with the HealthStream suite of products, accommodating all modules and interfaces. Self-motivated and detail oriented, his software development life cycle knowledge and experience incorporate serving as an Implementation Consultant, Interface Analyst, Publications Manager, which includes technical writing, in a software for healthcare environment.His healthcare software implementation experience includes the management of multi-functional internal teams to facilitate customer requirements and expectations, allocating resources and tracks according to plan, as well as managing risks, issues, and defining scope changes. Additional experience includes QA tester, SharePoint management, Smartsheet coordinator, certification tests developer, and SOW and RFP development. He has the ability to undertake Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt projects to improve methodology and resource management.Steven is currently a volunteer with the American Red Cross and formerly a Diasaster Service Chair at the Central North Carolina Chapter.
