Managing the Change Control Process for the Wells Fargo - Wachovia merger email migration project, this consisted of over 120,000 user migrations with a $46 million budget and a 24 month timeframe.Facilitating the user load process for the email migration project.Facilitating daily Go / No Go coordinated status updates.Controlling end user discrepancy resolution, preparation for migration, and user conditioning.Coordinating with many different lines of business on scheduling, re-scheduling, and user confirmations.This project was completed on-time and under budget.
