PACE funding for residential and commercial clean energy projects and seismic retrofits.My duties include: - Generating new contractor base as partners utilizing our PACE program for residential and commercial clean energy project financing.- Teach sales teams and finance managers the program, portal tool and closing requirements.- Maintain relations and gain loyalty to our program from over 200 contractors in my territory.- Create relationships and educate city/ county officials in PACE Funding to motivate them to adopt or OPT-IN to an Open PACE platform.- Attend city/county agenda meetings appropriated to approve or deny an Open PACE platform- Secure new contractor and engineer base for the Los Angeles Seismic Mandate, educate them on our PACE program, the contractor portal, tenant habitability (THB) rules, rent pass-through and funding.- Educate apartment property owners on the Los Angeles Seismic and San Francisco mandates, THB rules, PACE Funding, rent pass-through allocations and match them up with approved contractors/ engineers.
