A motivated and enthusiastic individual managing a team to deliver world class customer experience within Rittal Limited. I am responsible for driving the Customer Service and really feel this is the differentiator as to why people will chose which company to deal with. We hope to deliver the Service Mark Award from the Institute of Customer Service within the next 2 years to put Rittal alongside the Blue Chip companies recognised on the list such as Amazon and John Lewis.Before joining Rittal I was able to work for Norwich Union and a family run accountant which has allowed me to understand the differences in working within a large company but also understanding what is important to smaller customers.I am passionate about my work and always eager to connect with people within the industry to understand and keep on top of the ever changing market demands. The best part of my role is dealing daily with customers and changing the service we offer to personalise and grow the relationships with not only current customers but potentially new customers. I feel my strengths are working with people to achieve the goal / target and this could be face to face contact with customers or working on strategies in order to improve the customer journey.
