-Planned, developed, and executed our customers upgrade from the CMS system to the Service Portal. Included, but is not limited to: design, development of numerous custom widgets, pages, updating all service catalog scripts, and variable sets needed for the service portal upgrade in our environments.-Worked on additional client demos to stand up their Service Portal interfaces.
