Oversaw the Divisions of OFS and Westfab operations for EnQuest Energy Solutions. Currently the OFS (Oilfield Services) division is responsible for the manufacture and refurbishment of all oilfield mobile equipment, including Frac Units, Blenders, Data Vans, Cementers, etc. Further to this, the Westfab Division is responsible for the manufacturing of all structural steel and the fabrication and assembly of various pressure vessels and related pressure piping equipment specific to B31.1 and B31.3 ASME \ ABSA. Also perform related hiring and dismissals as needed. • Effectively train and mentor the Operations Supervisors for each division. • Responsible for maintenance of all Calgary facilities and the selection and utilization of all manufacturing assets.• Perform deal reviews and provide direction for ops supervisors.• Implement systems to control the cost of WIP and Inventory from month to month. • Control the purchasing process along with all inventory controls and warehouse management. • Implement and harmonize QHSE programs across divisions. • Develop and implement a system for consistent project management across all Canadian Divisions. • Work with Ops Supervisors to obtain and maintain the MHSA, ASME\ABSA, CWB, CMVSS, and ISO:9001 certifications. • Implement EnQuest Managements vision and culture.
