I have directly overseen the manufacturing process as the operations manager, and have also been in charge of multiple departments including sales, purchasing, engineering, administration, safety, quality, and IT throughout my career. I have combined this experience with my University education, focused on Management Information Systems and Manufacturing Leadership, to become a highly versatile manager. Notable Achievements: Successfully helped launch the iMaxx Prototype unit. Delivered a record amount of capital equipment in 2019 as Operations Manager.Project: ISO 9001:2008Created and managed the DynaWinch Quality Management System.Feb 2012 - DynaWinch became ISO 9001:2008 certified.Project: CWB Certification - Canadian Welding Bureau Implemented weld procedures, training and testing programs, weld supply controls, control of measuring devices, and managed external audits. May 2011 - DynaWinch became a CWB Certified facility.Project: SRED Claims (Research and Development Grants)Recommended and applied for R&D grants in 2009.
